In conclusion, it is very neatly and clearly argued above that a fat compensation is far better than being satisfied at work because more money means more privileges and access and further, more money means comfort and happiness. Afterall, who wouldn’t like to live like a king.

Paying all the workers the same salaries in a company promotes harmony and respect amongst colleagues. To what extent do you agree or disagree?   There is a section of the working populace who believes that disbursing equal remuneration is what keeps employees cordial and reverent towards each other and consequently attached to an organisation.
